Friday 24th of April a marvellous couple of dancers is visiting Oslo: ALEXEI & EMÍLIA (Brazil)
They are offering 2 workshops at Riksscenen, both from intermediate level:
17:30-18:30 SON PARTNERWORK
18:45-19:45 CASINO PARTNERWORK
In the evening they will of course join in on the Alain Perez concert at Riksscenen.
Alexei and Emilia each accumulate more than 20 years of experiences in different dance styles, as dancers, teachers and choreographers. Recognized for their didactics and pedagogy, they have since 2012 developed their partnerwork with their knowledge of Cuban music and dances (Son, Casino, Timba, Rumba, Afro). They combine technique, roots and “calle” with their flavour of Bahia to present a fresh style that breaks patterns and plays with different possibilities, in explosive, fun and challenging classes. Come and join the workshops with these unique dancers.
